The weight of the econompanel 1200х2400mm is 39 kg, and the weight of the econompanel 1200×1800 is 29 kg.
We take orders for paint coating of econompanels. We use either acrylic paints or two-component paints with improved usability and resistance properties to achieve any color and any surface type both matt and glossy.
The most frequently ordered size is 1200x2400mm for the following reasons. Did you ever get a chance to think why the most optimal depth of a standard wardrobe is 60 cm? The matter is that the standard shoulder length is 30 cm. So the standard size for the hangers is 50-60 cm. Thus you can place your goods in 2 visual rows at the econompanel 1200 mm. Footwear can be placed on 4 shelves in one line rows accordingly.
We can product a wholesale lot of econompanels with the ordered dimensions. Slot step can also be adjusted divisible by 5 cm, as an example the step can be 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 3″and 6″ and so on.
The maximal loading capacity for one shelf holder, bracket or hook (accessory) with the length 30 cm is 10 kg applied for the econompanel without inserts or with plastic inserts. Econompanels with aluminum inserts have a loading capacity 20 kg per an accessory. Thus one shelf with the width 30 cm supported by 2 shelf holders can bear 20 kg, econompanels with aluminum inserts can bear 40 kg. The distance between the shelf holders should not be less than 20 cm.
Hook models F289-294 and F301-303 ensure a loading capacity of 10 kg.
The indicated indexes should be uniformly distributed within the whole length of an accessory. The distance between the neighboring accessories should not be less than 10 cm. The distance from the econompanel edge to the first shelf holder, bracket or a hook should not be less than 5 cm.
Theoretical calculations performed by Abbott specialists confirmed that in case of correct goods positioning one econompanel can withstand a load of up to 900 kg. Of course in practice such indexes are not met.
The indicated models can withstand 20 kilos load.
We can produce wholesale lots of acrylic shelves and stands for econompanels of any needed configuration if you provide a preorder. Aluminum inserts can increase twice a loading capacity of one shelf holder. Bearing capacity of one shelf holder, rack or a hook with the length 30 cm is 10 kg in case if econompanel is used without inserts or with plastic inserts. Econompanels with aluminum inserts withstand a maximum loading capacity for one shelf holder 20 kg. So one shelf with the width 30 cm withstands 20 kg, while used with the aluminum inserts it can withstand 40 kg accordingly. The distance between the neighboring shelf holders (racks or brackets) in one slot should not be less than 20 cm.
The reasonability of applying whether aluminum or plastic edging is based mostly on you esthetic priorities. Both types of edging serve to protect econompanel from breakage and damages. Note that aluminum edging fits at econompanel edge more close.
